Mock newspaper looks at future after successful climate agreement

An issue of the International Herald Tribune, dated 19 December 2009, was circulated around Brussels ahead of the EU summit on Thursday. “Heads of state agree histories climate-saving deal,” the paper states. Through business, culture and international news it looks at what the future could look like if there is a successful climate deal in Copenhagen
“Greenpeace created a special edition of IHT to show world leaders what the world could look like at the Copenhagen climate summit in December. The first step towards this future is here at the EU heads of state summit in Brussels.
The EU leaders need to show the rest of the world, that progress towards a climate agreement is possible by showing that they are committed to sending money to the developing world to tackle climate change, a Greenpeace representative said”
